I would like this letter to be much more than a regular thank you note. You have returned my smile to me (in more than one way) together with my faith, and have reminded me that even in situations of despair there should always be hope. Without your efforts- and I'm sure that there was much more effort put in than I am aware of- I would still be several strides short of achieving my goal.
I never believed I would write such a strange sentence but my visits to your clinic were always something I looked forward to-and it is important to me that you know that in my opinion you are a wonderful doctor and just as good of a person.
Thank you-
Dafna

Dear Dr. Fredman,
I just want to formally thank you for all your work on redoing my entire mouth! :)
I realize this was a huge undertaking and one requiring much patience and skill. I am happy with the finished result and thank you for your professionalism along the way. I happily await the final bleaching result.
Sincerely,
Hadassa

I came to Israel as a new Olah three years ago. I was in the midst of having my teeth replaced with implants at the age of 88 which is no mean task. I have a history of teeth reconstruction since adolescence and implants is a new concept in Washington, D.C., Where I lived with my husband for over 50 years.
My decision to come here with my husband was based on many reasons, primarily to be with my son and his family. Any reluctance that I may have regarding the repair of my teeth before coming over was negated by my son's assurance that there was an excellent dentist in Ramot who is a graduate of the Columbia Dental School, who was an expert in teeth implants. This gave me an assurance that I would be able to finish my teeth replacements successfully.
Six months later, my teeth reconstruction was complete and I continue to be what we call in America "A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER"
Dr. Fredman, I found you very professional and very skilled in the work you do..., and, if I might add, at a fraction of the cost I would have had to pay in the States. When I tell people that I am now 90 years old and flash my smile to show my teeth, I always get an unfailing comment:
"YOU HAVE BEAUTIFUL TEETH AND YOU DON'T LOOK YOUR AGE. I WOULD NEVER KNOW THAT YOU ARE THAT OLD!"
The least I can do is spread the news about the wonderful job you have done for me. I want to wish you and yours continued years of good health and thank you for what you have done for me and my family.
Sincerely yours,
Esther
